Great track session tonight with Invictus Endurance folks - have been lagging on posting my training, and updates on this blog, so i am just going to post it, even if it feels incomplete or not quite perfect!
Track Workout – 30s rest between the 400s, 20s rest after 800s, and 45s rest after 1600 – solid 3 miles of running
